Bring in a missing HubSpot quote

Find out why a HubSpot quote didn't become a draft invoice, and sync it in.

Most missing quotes are ones your import rules leave out. A sync can't bring those in, so check the quote first, then sync.

Check the quote in HubSpot

  • Connection: if the HubSpot card in Settings > Integrations shows Connect HubSpot, the connection has ended. Connect again. Then click ▾ next to Sync HubSpot and pick a time from before the connection ended. A plain sync only looks back to when you reconnected.

  • Status: with Import approved quotes only, the quote needs to be approved, or not need approval. With Import draft and approved quotes, drafts come in too. Rejected quotes never come in.

  • Contact: the quote needs a contact with an email address, unless its company is already linked to a Streamlined customer.

  • Already here: search Streamlined for the quote number. It may already be a draft under Invoices > Draft, or issued.

  • Created before you connected: older quotes come in only when you sync back far enough.

Sync the quote in

  1. Fix whatever the check turned up in HubSpot, and save the quote.

  2. In Streamlined, go to Settings > Integrations and click Sync HubSpot on the HubSpot card.

Sync HubSpot brings in quotes changed since the last sync. For an older quote, click ▾ next to it and pick how far back to go: From 1 week ago, From 2 weeks ago, From 1 month ago, From 2 months ago, or From 3 months ago.

While a sync runs, the button reads Sync in progress.

When a change to the quote doesn't show

Once you issue an invoice, changes to its quote no longer update it. Edit the invoice in Streamlined instead. See edit an issued invoice.

When the quote still doesn't appear

If a quote passes every check and still doesn't appear, email help@streamlinedpayments.com with:

  • your HubSpot account name;

  • the quote numbers;

  • when you last synced, and which option you used.
