1. Click the in the top right corner and select Settings.

  2. Under Invoice Item Mapping, there are a few options to rename in Quickbooks. Line items refer to the brand’s products or services. Fees refer to the transactional charges from Streamlined as well as credit card fees. Shipping and taxes will also appear as line items in a closed invoice. Balance adjustments refer to any recorded debit notes.

  3. Under Clearing account, select the appropriate account for payment records from Streamlined to transfer into.

  4. Under Map your customers, new customer profiles from Streamlined will be created in Quickbooks based on the company name. If a customer already exists, the matching company name will automatically appear in the right column.
