Visit Invoices > Draft.
Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner and select Import from PDF.
Insert or browse for a file and click Upload.
(Note: Allow a few seconds for the upload to appear.)
Use the side-by-side view to edit or fulfill any details before clicking Save.
