Click the customer name to expand the card and View profile.

Under Details, click ✎ on the right to add or edit customer details.

Click Save when finished.

Advanced: Set customer tags to allow for exemption from credit card fees and email auto-reminders. Also, use tags for wholesale customers or as keywords when searching the platform.
