Customers can update their QuickPay details via their Statement of Account. Simply click on the additional menu items (⋮) and select Edit QuickPay.

You can also invite customers to update QuickPay from Streamlined.

  1. Visit a Customer profile > Details > Billing preferences.

  2. Under QuickPay, choose Edit.

  3. Choose from a customer’s existing email address or enter a new one and Send.
