Your bank details are on every invoice, and on the payment page when your customer picks Bank transfer. If their accounts payable team needs a letter before they'll pay by ACH or wire, download one from the customer's Billing tab.
Where your customer sees them
These show only when bank transfer is on in Settings > Payments.
On the invoice, under Payment instructions.
On the payment page, when they choose Bank transfer, with Print Instructions.
From their statement, where they can pick invoices and choose how to pay.
Customers in your country see local bank details, such as a routing and account number for US ACH. Customers in another country see international wire instructions, with a reference to include. The wire instructions ask the sender to pay all wire fees (marked "OUR").
Give each customer their own details
Each customer gets their own bank details, so Streamlined can tell who paid. Ask each customer to use the details on their own invoices, not ones copied from another customer's.
Invoices always show your current details. If your customer's AP team saved your details a while ago, ask them to update their records from a recent invoice. That keeps their payments reaching you.
If a customer's Billing tab says No bank account assigned, click Assign account.
Download a letter for your customer's AP team
Go to Customers and open the customer.
Open the Billing tab.
Under Billing preferences, click Download payment details.
You get a PDF on Streamlined letterhead. It confirms the account is yours for receiving their payments. It lists the bank details, plus your lockbox address if you take checks. Send it to your customer as is.
Note: For a customer group with a billing account, download the letter from the group's Billing tab. It uses the billing account's details.
When their AP team asks for another document
The letter takes the place of a voided check or bank letter. If your customer's AP team asks for something else, email help@streamlinedpayments.com with the customer's name, what they asked for, and who to send it to.
