Offer the ways your business customers pay

Take ACH, wires, checks, bank debit, and cards, in the currencies your customers use.

Streamlined takes the payment methods business customers use: bank transfer, bank debit, check, and card. You turn each one on in Settings > Payments. Your customer picks from the ones that work for their invoice's currency and country.

Bank transfer, by ACH or wire

Each customer gets their own bank details on their invoices, so Streamlined knows who paid without a remittance.

  • Customers in the US see a routing and account number for ACH, on USD invoices only.

  • Customers outside the US see international wire instructions, in any currency.

If your customer's accounts payable team needs proof before paying by bank, download a letter that confirms the account is yours.

Bank debit in five currencies

Your customer authorizes Streamlined to pull the payment from their bank. It works for USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and AUD invoices when the customer's bank is in the matching country. See get paid by customers in another country or currency.

Checks, without the trip to the bank

US merchants can get a lockbox address for paper checks on USD invoices to US customers. Checks are deposited for you. Each one shows up in Streamlined with its check image. See get paid by check with a lockbox.

Cards, with fees you control

Your customer can pay by card in any currency. You can pass card fees to your customers to cover the cost of card processing.

Pay many invoices at once

From their statement page, your customer can select several invoices and pay them in one payment. See let a customer pay several invoices or part of one.

Automatic payment with QuickPay

Customers who'd rather not pay each invoice can save a card or bank account. Streamlined charges it once an invoice is past due. Automatic charging is on the Starter, Scale, and Enterprise plans. See charge customers automatically with QuickPay.

For the full rules by currency and country, see which payment methods your customers can use.
