Streamlined pays your customers' payments out to your bank in two kinds of payout, depending on how your customer paid. Find both under Reports > Payouts.
The two kinds of payout
The Type column tells them apart.
Stripe Settlements: card payments, bank debits (including ACH debit), and bank transfers sent to the account details on current invoices. Paid on your Stripe payout schedule, which can be daily, weekly, or monthly.
Settlements: checks, and bank transfers and wires sent to older account details. Batched and paid every business day. A very small batch is held and added to the next one.
During 2025 and 2026, Streamlined moved bank debits onto Stripe, then the bank transfer details shown to your customers. ACH payments that used to arrive in Settlements now arrive in Stripe Settlements, with card payments. Customers still paying to older details are paid out in Settlements until they update their records.
When each payment is paid out
Card: the invoice is paid as soon as the charge succeeds. The money follows your Stripe schedule.
Bank debit: the invoice shows PROCESSING until the money arrives from your customer's bank. Then it follows your Stripe schedule.
Bank transfers and wires: recorded when the bank reports them. Current details follow your Stripe schedule. Older details go in the next business day's Settlements batch.
Check: recorded once it's processed, then paid in the next business day's Settlements batch.
Bank debits that haven't cleared yet are listed on Transactions under Pending transactions.
Read the Payouts report
Upcoming: checks and older-detail bank transfers waiting for the next Settlements payout. It appears only when there are some.
Past: every payout, with Payout Date, Type, Gross amount, Fees, and Net amount. The net amount is what was sent to your bank.
Click any payout to see the payments in it, or to match it to a deposit.
Note: A Stripe Settlements payout appears once Stripe has paid it, so one still on its way isn't listed yet.
See your Stripe schedule and balance
Go to Settings > Payments, and under Payouts click Login to with the Stripe logo.
