If there are no payment terms set in Shopify when an order is created, it will automatically assign the net terms set for that customer in Streamlined. Follow this article to learn how to set terms for a specific customer.

If a customer profile is not assigned its own net terms, it will default to the account’s chosen setting. Visit Settings > Payments > Default net terms to create the standard default net terms for your business.
