What is customer grouping?

Group associated customers for easier organization and reconciliation.

You can associate customers from the same organization using customer groups. With groups, you can view transactions and invoices from all of your customers within a single screen. More importantly, payments from any customer can be applied to an invoice belonging to another customer in the same group.

When to consider groups:

  • Multiple customer locations belonging to the same organization

  • One customer pays for another customer's invoices

  • Track invoice volume and payments across a group of customers
