Each of your customers is assigned unique payment instructions that will appear on every invoice. Their payment details are not to be shared with any other customer. When a customer remits payment, these individual details aid in the reconciliation process.
To find a customer’s assigned payment instructions, visit their profile > Details > Billing preferences > Manual billing. Remittance for ACH and paper checks are already labeled for you. There is also an option to print the customer’s payment instructions.
