The routing and account number is specific to each of your customers which helps to identify their payments in the reconciliation process. Since these are all unique instructions, they can apply their personalized ACH payment info to their respective billing systems. Future payments will then be sent directly to our bank partner for processing.

To see the instructions per customer, simply head to the Customer profile > Details, and under Billing preferences > Manual billing, you'll find their ACH details. Hit Print Instructions to generate the unique routing and account numbers to share with your customer. These numbers can also be found at the bottom of every invoice.
