Streamlined has five reports under Reports, and most lists in the app export to CSV.
Choose a report
Payouts: every payout to your bank account and the payments in it. See match a deposit to the Payouts report.
Aging Balance: what each customer owes, split into Not due, 1-30 Days, 31-60 Days, 61-90 Days, and 91+ Days, with Credits and Total. Pick an As of date to see balances on an earlier day.
Product Sales: how much of each product you sold, with Quantity and Total by month, for the dates you choose.
Customer Sales: each customer's Invoices, Paid, Outstanding, and Total Sales for the dates you choose. Customers in a group are shown together under the group.
QuickPay (Scale and Enterprise): Customer adoption, Receivables captured by card and bank, the Billing pipeline of paid, billed, and upcoming invoices, and Customers with failed payments. It shows them as of the date you pick. See what QuickPay is.
Export a report
Click Export CSV (↓) above the report to export the dates or As of date you picked. On the QuickPay report, use Export summary CSV (↓).
Export a list
Most lists have Export CSV (↓) at the top right. It exports what your filters show.
Invoices, Transactions, and Customers: enter the Email address to send the file to and click Confirm. The file can be large, so it arrives by email. On a customer's or group's invoice list, you can also choose PDF.

The audit log.
Note: The export icon shows only when the list has rows, and not on a phone. Use a computer to export.
Download statements
To download statements for several customers at once, select them on the Customers page and click Download statements. See send or export a statement.
