Manage your Streamlined subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, change the bank account it's billed to, and download past bills.

Manage your subscription in Settings > Account > Plans & Billing. Current plan shows your Plan name, Plan renewal date, and Member since. A note there says when any scheduled downgrade or cancellation takes effect.

Change your plan

  1. Click Change plan.

  2. Click Upgrade to or Downgrade to on the plan's card.

Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle, and you keep everything on your current plan until then. To undo a scheduled downgrade, click Keep current plan.

Without a payment method on file, Streamlined takes you to Payment method first.

Note: Starter and Scale can be changed here. Enterprise plan changes go through your account manager, or email help@streamlinedpayments.com. See compare plans.

What an upgrade bills

Streamlined bills at the end of each cycle, for the cycle that ended. When you upgrade partway through a cycle:

  • You're billed right away for the days so far, at your old plan's price. Billing history shows it as your old plan, from your last renewal to the day you upgraded.

  • Your new plan starts that day. Your next bill comes on your usual renewal day in the following month, at the new plan's full monthly price. It covers the time since your upgrade, which can be shorter or longer than a month, and isn't reduced for a shorter period.

For example, your plan renews on the 1st and you upgrade on October 20. You're billed on October 20 for October 1 to 20 on your old plan. Your next bill is on November 1, for the full price of your new plan.

Cancel your subscription

Click Cancel subscription and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle, then cancels.

To change your mind, click Keep my subscription before that date. After it ends, the page shows the plans again so you can pick one.

Update your payment method

Streamlined bills your subscription to a bank account.

  1. Under Payment method, click Add payment method, or Update to replace the one on file.

  2. Connect your bank and click Save bank account.

Note: Saving a bank account authorizes Streamlined to debit it for your subscription fees.

Some banks are verified with a small deposit, usually in 1 to 2 business days. Until then the account shows Pending. When the deposit arrives, click Enter amounts or Enter code and type in what's on your bank statement.

If a payment fails, the page says so and shows Add payment method. Add a working bank account to keep your plan active.

Download past bills

Billing history lists each bill with its period, amount, and status (Paid, Due, or Failed). Click Download invoice, Download statement, or Download receipt (↓) to get it as a PDF.

For a bill that isn't listed, email help@streamlinedpayments.com with your business name and the billing month.
