Every plan can issue invoices, take payments, and sync with your tools. Scale adds milestones, late fees, and deposits. Enterprise adds email delivery rules, NetSuite, and more connected stores.
Find your plan
Go to Settings > Account > Plans & Billing. Current plan shows your Plan name. Change plan opens a card for each plan with its price and what it includes. Only the account owner sees it.
What each plan adds
Starter includes invoicing, reminders, payment matching, and a connection to Shopify or HubSpot.
Scale adds milestones, late fees on overdue invoices, and deposits. Milestones split one invoice into stages your customer pays separately. Deposits are paid before you issue the invoice.
Enterprise adds email delivery rules, NetSuite, and more than one Shopify store. Email delivery rules send one customer's invoices, reminders, and statements to different addresses.
Connect Shopify and HubSpot on each plan
Starter and Legacy: Shopify or HubSpot, not both.
Scale: one Shopify store and HubSpot.
Enterprise: as many Shopify stores as you need, and HubSpot.
Legacy, Premium, and Partner plans
Legacy is the plan for accounts that joined before today's plans. It connects Shopify or HubSpot like Starter, and doesn't include Scale features. Older Premium and Partner plans include everything in Scale.
When a feature isn't on your plan
A feature your plan doesn't include shows a PAID FEATURE badge. Click it to see which plan it needs.
If you move to a plan without a feature, its settings are kept but it stops working. Late fees stop being charged, and email delivery rules stop applying. They work again when you move back up.
Note: Enterprise plan changes go through your account manager. For anything else about your plan or a Legacy account, email help@streamlinedpayments.com with your business name.
