Learn what Streamlined does

See how Streamlined takes you from invoice to payout for the businesses you sell to.

Streamlined is invoicing and accounts receivable for businesses that sell to other businesses. You issue invoices, and your customers pay online by bank or card. Streamlined matches each payment to its invoice and pays the money out to your bank.

What you can do

  • Issue invoices one at a time, in bulk, on a future date, on a recurring schedule, or in stages with milestones.

  • Get paid the way your customers pay: bank transfer, bank debit, paper check to a lockbox, or card.

  • Get paid on time with automatic reminders, statements, late fees, and QuickPay.

  • Keep your books in sync with Shopify, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and, on Enterprise, NetSuite.

  • Work as a team. Invite teammates and choose which parts of the app each one can open.

How your customers can pay

You turn payment methods on in Settings > Payments. Your customers see the methods that fit their invoice's currency and country.

  • Bank transfer: your customer sends an ACH payment, or an international wire if they're in a different country from you.

  • Bank debit: your customer lets Streamlined pull the payment from their bank. It works for USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and AUD invoices when the customer's bank is in the matching country.

  • Lockbox: your customer mails a paper check. It's for US merchants, on USD invoices to US customers.

  • Card payment: any currency. You can choose to pass card fees on to your customers.

From invoice to payout

  1. Create a draft under Invoices > Draft.

  2. Issue it, and your customer gets an email with a link to pay.

  3. Your customer pays, and the invoice closes once the payment clears.

  4. Streamlined pays the money out to your bank account.

Set up your account

Most teams start with three things: connect their store or accounting system, turn on payment methods, and invite their team. Some features depend on your plan, so compare plans before you set them up. For anything else, contact support.
