Connect HubSpot from Settings > Integrations. Your HubSpot quotes then come into Streamlined as draft invoices. Payment links and payment status go back to HubSpot.
Connect HubSpot
Go to Settings > Integrations.
On the HubSpot card, click Connect HubSpot.
Sign in to HubSpot and approve access for your account.
You're brought back to Streamlined. The card shows your HubSpot account name and when it last synced.
Note: On Starter and Legacy, you can connect HubSpot or Shopify, not both. Scale connects HubSpot and one Shopify store. Enterprise has no limit. If you've reached your plan's limit, the card says so. Upgrade, or disconnect the other one first. See compare plans.
Choose your settings
On the HubSpot card, click ⋮ and choose Settings.
Import Rules: Import approved quotes only (the default) or Import draft and approved quotes.
Auto-invoice: turn on Auto-issue and send invoices after importing from HubSpot, then choose All quotes or Approved quotes only.
Click Save changes under each section you change. For what each one does, see issue invoices from HubSpot quotes.
Bring in quotes from before you connected
Streamlined picks up quotes created or changed after you connect. To bring in older ones, click ▾ next to Sync HubSpot on the card. Then choose how far back, from From 1 week ago to From 3 months ago.
Disconnect HubSpot
Click ⋮ on the HubSpot card, choose Unlink HubSpot, and confirm. Invoices and customers already in Streamlined stay. New quotes stop coming in.
