Once HubSpot is connected, quotes and contacts come into Streamlined. Payment links and payment status go back to HubSpot. A HubSpot company is a Streamlined customer, and a contact is one of that customer's addresses.
What comes in from HubSpot
Quotes become draft invoices. See issue invoices from HubSpot quotes.
Changes to a quote update its draft until you issue the invoice.
Contacts on a quote are added to the customer as addresses. A quote with no matching customer adds a new one from its company and contact.
What goes back to HubSpot
The payment link. When you issue the invoice, Streamlined adds its payment link to the quote, in the Streamlined Invoice URL property.
The statement link. Streamlined adds the customer's statement link to their HubSpot company, in the Streamlined Statement URL property.
Closed Won. When the invoice is paid in full, Streamlined moves the quote's deal to Closed Won.
Streamlined creates both properties when you connect. Add them to your quote and company views in HubSpot to see them at a glance.
Add a Streamlined customer to HubSpot
A new customer: when you add the customer, tick HubSpot under Export.
A customer you already have: open the customer and click Export to HubSpot.
Streamlined creates the company in HubSpot, adds a contact from the customer's billing address, and adds the statement link. The customer's page then shows a HubSpot button that opens the company in HubSpot.
What doesn't sync
Payments, credit notes, and refunds aren't recorded in HubSpot. Only the deal's stage changes, once the invoice is paid in full.
Invoices you create in Streamlined without a quote don't go to HubSpot.
Editing an issued invoice in Streamlined doesn't change the quote.
