Connect your store from Settings > Integrations. Streamlined then imports your store's unpaid orders as draft invoices, and keeps them in step with Shopify.
Connect your store
Go to Settings > Integrations and find the Shopify card.
Enter your shop name, the part before .myshopify.com.
Click Connect.
Approve the Streamlined app in Shopify.
A first sync then brings in unpaid orders from the last 3 months. They appear under Invoices > Draft.
After that, new and changed orders come in automatically. The card shows when the store last synced, and Sync Shopify runs a sync right away.
Choose your import settings
Click ⋮ on the Shopify card, then click Settings. Click Save changes under each section you change.
Import Rules: Import all orders (the default), Import all orders with customer tag to bring in only orders from customers with a tag, or Import all orders without tag to skip orders that carry a tag.
Update Rules: turn on Do not update invoices after they are issued to stop Shopify edits and cancellations from changing invoices you've already issued.
Auto-invoice: turn on Auto-issue and send invoices after importing from Shopify to issue invoices without opening each draft. See which orders become invoices for each rule.
Note: Auto-invoice needs at least one payment method turned on for invoices.
Connect another store
A second Shopify store needs Enterprise. On Enterprise, choose Link another store from the card's ⋮ menu.
The other plans have these limits:
Starter and Legacy: Shopify or HubSpot, not both.
Scale: one Shopify store and HubSpot.
When you've reached your limit, the card shows "Upgrade or disconnect an integration to connect." See plans and features.
Disconnect Shopify
Choose Unlink Shopify store from the card's ⋮ menu. Orders and invoices you've already imported stay in Streamlined.
Note: Unlinking removes the store's import and auto-invoice settings, so set them again if you reconnect.
Who can use this feature?
Team members with Settings access
Available on all plans. A second Shopify store needs Enterprise.
