Streamlined follows up on every open invoice for you, on a schedule you set. It stops as soon as the invoice is paid. Your team only steps in for the conversations that need a person.
Reminders before and after the due date
Set reminders for any number of days before the due date, on it, and after it. Every new invoice gets them. The wording changes as the due date gets closer, and again once it passes. See set up automatic reminders.
Statements on a schedule
Email each customer a statement of everything they owe. It links to a page where they can pay several invoices at once. Statements skip customers with nothing open. See send or export a statement.
QuickPay charges past-due invoices
On Starter, Scale, and Enterprise, customers can save a card or bank account with QuickPay. They're charged automatically once an invoice is past due, never before. See charge customers automatically with QuickPay.
Late fees, added for you
On Scale and Enterprise, Streamlined can add a late fee to overdue invoices so your terms carry weight. See charge late fees on overdue invoices.
Keep follow-up personal where it matters
Tag a customer to leave them out of automatic reminders, or pause collections while you work something out with them. See stop reminders for one customer.
See who's slipping
When a customer's past-due balance needs attention, their page shows a banner with the amount. That tells you who needs a call.
The banner's color shows how serious it is. It's based on how late the balance is, and how large it is next to what your other customers owe. A balance that's less than 30 days past due and small next to your other customers' may not show a banner.
Every invoice shows its status and how overdue it is. See read invoice statuses and overdue alerts.
